We are one of Wisconsin's leading processors of venison and venison sausage; we process venison year round.  We publish an annual newspaper hunting guide distributed throughout central Wisconsin.  People travel from around the country to have their venison made into many varieties of our custom vension sausage. All our venison sausage is smoked, fully cooked, and vacuum packaged to ensure freshness. Have us process your deer or bring in some venison and try our product line. We manufacture venison sausage all year round.
