Located in Historic Downtown Baraboo, Wisconsin, Von Klaus Winery invites you to experience its remarkable line of hand crafted, original recipe, all natural ingredient wines with no preservatives and no added sulfites. We have attempted to capture the essence of each wine with words; however, the best way to experience our wine is in the tasting! It would be our pleasure to treat you to a complimentary taste of each of our wines at our Tasting Haus.

Family owned and operated since 1999, Von Klaus Winery Tasting Haus is located in the Upper Level Shoppes above the Village Booksmith on Oak Street in downtown Baraboo. Visit us soon for a memorable wine tasting experience!

Devil’s Dry
Dry, but remarkably fruity; New York Riesling and Wisconsin Concord grapes slowly fermented; pleasing to the nose as well as the palate. A great wine for any occasion!

Apfel Von Klaus
A combination of hand-picked, hand-washed Golden Delicious and Red Delicious apples; so sparkling and fresh it makes your mouth water.

Devil’s Red
Flawless and full-bodied; a special blend of Riesling and Concord grapes create an ideal red dinner wine. A sister to Devil’s Dry with a breath of sweetness; rich, red and flavorful!

Kranbeere Von Klaus
A pure blend of 100% Wisconsin cranberries, very smooth and subtle. This semi-sweet table wine is fabulous to enjoy on its own and reigns supreme with turkey, ham and wild game. Slowly fermented and aged to a fine wine. Get all the benefits of cranberries without the cranberry kick!

Black Ice
An interesting combination of blackberries and apples dangerously fermented to achieve a rich, dark, semi-sweet Ice wine. Not made anywhere else in the world.

Glacier Mist
A fantastic blend of apple, strawberry & New Zealand kiwi. A semi-sweet table wine vibrant with flavor; distinctively different from any other fruit wine with a finish as clean as a mountain spring.

Haunted Passion
Carefully fermented to retain the freshness of sun-ripened berries; a flavor so heavenly it will haunt you with the sensation of biting into a fresh, ripe strawberry. Ignite your passions!
