Located just outside Oxford, Russell Meats offers a full line of cheeses, deli meats, home made sausages including brats, summer sausage, wieners, home cured smoked hams and bacons and venison processing. Russell Meats offers custom butchering and is the only licensed state-inspected slaughter plant in Marquette & Adams Counties.

Russell Meats & Specialty Shop offers a large selection of fresh locally raised beef and pork cut daily and displayed in our 24' fresh meat case. You can also choose many of your own homemade lunchmeats:

Russell Meats can custom process individually owned animals. We process locally farm raised beef to sell as sides, hinds, fronts and now "minis."  Pigs sold as whole or halves, smoking hams and bacon included. We also wholesale our products.

Bring in your deer for complete venison processing including sausage making.
