Conveniently located just north of Madison at the junction of I-90/94 and Highway 19 (Exit 131), the Mousehouse Cheesehaus has been owned and operated by the Sobczak family since 1988, and is widely know for their excellent assortment of cheese, sausages and gift boxes, all of which are shipped throughout the United States year round.

The Sobczak family ages their own great tasting cheddar cheeses for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 years. They also offer a tremendous variety of other great Wisconsin cheeses, such as:
