By blending the age-old traditions of the ol' Wisconsin smokehouses with the advances of modern practice and process, we are able to maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and to enjoy the continued success these practices bring to us.

Just a short drive about 15 miles southeast of Portage on Highway 16, we're a popular stop for many tourists, locals and travelers.

Our slaughter facility is State inspected and is part of our new  4000 square foot addition.

Don't forget to bring your deer in this winter. Venison sausage is processed year round.
