Participants will be encouraged to: attend weekly support group sessions lead by members of the Nature’s Garden Health Team, and follow the Healthier Lifestyle Chart promoted as the main guidelines of the Vitalize Your Life! Program.
There is a monthly charge of $20.00. This fee includes registration materials, all support sessions, promotional giveaways, before and after pictures (provided by MCM portraits) and support from our staff! As you record your changes and achieve your goals, you will be encouraged to keep setting higher goals.
April 24th 2010 is the final day of the program. From 6:30 PM – Midnight that evening, we are having a HUGE Celebration of Success at The Washington County Fair Park Grounds.
