Ehlenbach's Cheese Chalet, has been a family owned and operated business celebrating our 40 year anniversary. Our shop is located along I90-94, 10 miles north of Madison, exit #126. Our authentic Swiss Chalet, attractive and uniquely built, is the home of over 200 varieties of cheeses, and carries many of the Wisconsin Blue Ribbon cheese winners for the State. We specialize in on-premise aging of our cheese, including:

We have been shipping our products for the past 38 years, shipping anywhere in the U.S. via United Parcel Service, our primary shipper. We specialize in our own custom cheese and sausage gift boxes and also the cutting and sealing of your bulk cheese favorites.
