This area is also the largest inland cranberry-producing region in the

Rapids celebrates its heritage, business community and the seasons
with many festivals and events. There's the Sno Blast Festival, Walleye
Days, Point Basse Pioneer Festival, Grand River Fest, Water Ski State
Championship, Rodeo, Warrens Cranberry Festival and Harvest Fair and
more, including community band concerts weekly in the summer. Wisconsin
Rapids is proud of its excellent school system including a technical
college, and its strong sense of community pride and the quality of life that

marshes, historic buildings and streets as well wildlife refuges and
