Cedar Grove Cheese specializes in organic cheese which is made from pasteurized whole organic milk. The organic certification is obtained through OCIA. Our other ingredients are cultures, enzymes (non-animal) and salt.

We give tours of our facility 6 days a week. Group tours are always welcome. You will see the premium cheese being made the old fashion way. Cedar Grove tours also features first of its kind "Living Machine" water treatment system - a greenhouse full of tropical plants and animals that clean our water.

We ship to you and your loved ones around the globe. We package for fundraisers. We prepare party trays. And, we love to share the joy of cheesemaking art.
