Customers can purchase the best quality natural casing wieners including the extra large "long dog" as well as the Wisconsin cheddar cheese dogs - favorites of kids and adults. Other popular grilling items include the jalapeno cheddar brat and the apple cheddar brat.
A wide variety of summer sausage includes varieties such as all beef, Jim's Blue Ribbon (world champion), Busch's gourmet, and venison, turkey, & buffalo summer sausage. Novelty shaped summer sausage is available in a 28 oz football casing with laces or a 19 oz beer bottle summer sausage available in several of your favorite labels.
