Our fresh fish comes from Canada, Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and the
Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Schwarz Fish
Company is HACCP certified and operates under strict GMP's as required by
the Federal Government.
Our smoked fish process has not changed throughout the years. We still process our smoked fish with natural hardwood
fires and use only a food grade salt brine to the percentage required by Federal and State regulations. We use
no other additives or preservatives.
