Chris Steakhouse is owned by former UW-Madison head football coach and current Athletic Director, Barry
Alvarez, along with other partners.
Our famous signature steaks include ribeye, filet, T-bone, New York strip and
porterhouse. All our steaks are seared to perfection at 1800 degrees and topped with
fresh butter so they sizzle all the way to your table. We offer private dining
for banquets, wedding receptions and other special occasions. Our menu also
features delicious appetizers, fresh seafood, soups and salads, and lots of
vegetable and potato accompaniments.
Our bar, the largest Ruth's Chris bar, offers local
microbrews on tap.
