The Genoa House

The Genoa House / Genoa Motel has new owners, James and Anne Muirhead will be taking reservations.  Their numbers are:

The Loft Apartment is renting for group rentals sleeps 8 people with 2 Queens and 4 twins.   The Master bedroom has a Queen, the Loft also has a Queen and 2 twins plus two twins in bonus room on other side of kitchen/dining room.  This room has access to balcony with a wonderful river view.

You will find this wonderful apartment very comfortable with river views.  The kitchen is fully furnished, the nice sized family room with TV allows groups to enjoy 150+ stations including ESPN and family type programs.  With 6 new beds in 3 separate sleeping areas, privacy is maintained. 

Rental rates for the "Loft" apartment are being raised for the first time since 2003, effective May 1st.  Existing reservations will not be affected.   One night stay for two will be $85.00 with $10 a night for each extra persons.  For a 5 day or longer stay, a reduced rate of $80 will be in effect with the same charge of $10 for each extra persons per night.
