A new and unique ice cream parlor
and gift shop is now located in the heart of beautiful Door County. The
Dairy View Country Store, has approximately 1500 square feet,
displaying everything from toy tractors to country cookbooks.
The store also has items promoting
Door County, Wisconsin, and its agriculture products like:
We feature products with an
agricultural theme from stuffed animals, coloring books, toy implement
equipment, reading books, kitchen items, gardening items, clothing
featuring our dairy, and Door County clothing.
We use only the highest quality ingredients,
along with the extra time and processing to make Dairy View
homemade ice cream melt in your mouth like butter. We feature local fruit
in season including the ever-popular Door County cherries. From cones to
sundaes, our taste is superior and prices are reasonable. At Dairy View,
if you like one of our ice cream flavors in a cone, you can also take home
a half-gallon.
In season we produce the following specialty flavors:
- Maple Nut
- Door County Cherry
- Door County Apple
- Blueberry
- Christmas Holiday Mint
- and many others
You can also enjoy watching the ice cream being made each day in our
processing area. Sample and take home the ice cream flavors of your
choice.
Corn Maze
Our 4th annual corn maze is opening August 2006. We also have haunted
mazes in October.

Schopf's Hilltop Dairy Tour
Take a tour of our new state-of-the-art 400 cow
freestall barn and double-ten milking parlor, Schopf's milking
center is remarkable. Facilities include an employee lunchroom, his and
her locker rooms, employee offices, a viewing room, an ice cream
processing area, and a retail store.
