are shipped
directly out of
Kansas City and are selected from the top 8% of the cattle in the
country. They are from the finest corn-fed Midwestern steers, dry-aged
and custom trimmed to assure you of the very best quality and
tenderness. Our steaks have the necessary marbling to deliver that great
taste and texture!
